Lead time
Nothing sits in a warehouse. Collection pieces are dispatched within ten working days of payment. Commissions are quoted their own timeline in the proposal, since each is designed and made individually.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Write to us if you are elsewhere and we will let you know if it can be arranged.
Cost and insurance
Shipping is on us — the price you pay at checkout is the price of the piece. Every shipment is fully insured in transit and requires a signature on delivery; we will not leave a piece unattended at your door.
Duties and import tax
International orders may be subject to duty or import tax charged by your country on arrival. These are set by your government, not by us, and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your piece leaves the Atelier.
