What we collect

When you request an appointment or begin a commission, we collect the details you give us directly: your name, email address, optionally your phone number, and the content of your message or brief — including the ideas, occasions, budgets, and personal details you choose to share with the Atelier.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to respond to you and to design, make, and deliver your piece. Appointment requests are delivered to the Atelier by email. Commission briefs are stored in our commission system so a designer can work from them.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising profiles, and we do not share it except with the service providers that operate our infrastructure (database, storage, email, and — when a proposal is accepted — payment processing), each limited to what they need to perform their function.

What we never publish

Your email, phone number, address, private brief, personal dates, and engraving details are never published. A finished piece appears in our public archive only with your explicit permission — and anonymized if you prefer.

Retention and your choices

We keep commission records while your piece is being made and for after-care afterward. You may ask us at any time to correct or delete your personal information, or to withdraw archive permission, by writing to hello@lavauxatelier.com.
