Two policies, because two kinds of piece.

Collection pieces

If a piece from the Collection isn’t right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. It must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Write to us first and we will send return instructions — please don’t send a piece back without them.

Commissions

A commission is designed and made specifically for you. Once you have accepted a proposal and production has begun, the piece cannot be resold to anyone else — so commissions are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

If you need to cancel before production begins, write to us as soon as possible; any deposit already applied to design work completed at that point is non-refundable, and we will refund the remainder.

Faults and errors

If a piece arrives damaged or isn’t what was agreed — collection or commission — that is on us. Write to us with photographs and we will repair, remake, or refund it at our cost.
